Tech startup operator, investor and professor. Pol was part of the early team helping build Caixabank-backed digital identity and esignature startup Validated ID, eventually acquired by Signaturit Group and PSG Equity. 

 

He also worked as Investment Manager at Kibo Ventures, Spanish VC with €350m+ AUM, 4 unicorns and 1 NASDAQ IPO. He started his career at fintech startup Kantox (acquired by BNP Paribas for €120m) and EY Transaction Advisory Services team. Pol has been a university teaching assistant at ESADE. 

 

In his free time, Pol leads viewsbypol.com, interview-based newsletter with >42+ guests from companies like Apple, Google, Founders Fund and NASA. He has also collaborated in social impact projects related to the Catholic Church in places like the Spanish Prison System, in an Orphanage in Bethlehem (Palestine), and with Mother Theresa’s Missionaries of Charity in Nepal.
